Our app is great for venue/artist split information, along with set times and also any urgent notifications about changes to timings on the day of the festival.

How can I make an accessible booking?

We provide a 2 for 1 ticket scheme to those individuals who cannot enjoy the festival without bringing a Personal Assistant. Accessible ticket types will be available to purchase here and a PA ticket will automatically be added to the booking.

Please note that once you have booked your accessible ticket, you will be emailed with a proof of disability request.

I have a question about my tickets. Who can help?

Please contact the website you booked your tickets via, who will be able to help with any queries about tickets. Please note, tickets may not be available until much closer to the time of the festival.

Please make sure you have your e-ticket ready when collecting your wristband. E-tickets can be displayed on your phone as long as the individual barcode is clearly visible to be scanned. Our wristband collection point is: University of Manchester Students Union building, Lime Grove entrance, M13 9PR

This will be open from 9.30am and will close promptly at 7.30pm (no wristbands will be issued after this time).

We recommend arriving as early as possible to avoid large queues!

All members of your party MUST arrive at the same to time to collect wristbands (they will be fitted at the box office).

What is the age restriction?

Each venue operates their own age restrictions (we have copied a few participating venues below),  but we recommend please visiting the individual venue sites to check this. Please note that the festival is 14+ (some venues have an accompaniment policy, and some may be 18+ always check ahead before coming). No refunds will be given for incorrectly booked tickets.

Neighbourhood Festival’s policy on drugs and alcohol

Neighbourhood operates a zero-tolerance policy on drugs.

We reserve the right to refuse entry if we feel that you are drunk and/or under the influence of drugs, and no ticket refunds will be issued.

Illegal and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to ejection from the event without a refund.

If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked for I.D to purchase alcohol. The venue reserves the right to refuse service. Acceptable ID includes photographic driving licence, British passport, or photographic identification bearing the “PASS” logo and the person’s date of birth.

It is an offence to attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18.

Each venue operates their own bag policy/entry restrictions, please check individual venue sites ahead of the festival.

Why do my favourite artists clash on different stages?

It is inevitable there may be some clashes, due to all positions being filled and there being more than one venue.

Does my festival wristband gain me access to all venues?

Yes – Your wristband gains access to all stages, venue capacities are based on first come first serve so please arrive early for specific acts.

Don’t worry if you get to the venue of choice and it is at full capacity, with so much happening across multiple venues, you’ll be able to hop to another venue. There’ll be something for everyone, and a great way to embrace NBHD Festival!

Getting To The Festival

We will post a full venue map a few days ahead of the festival and there will be printed maps available on the day of the event. Most venues will be situated around Oxford Road, if you’re travelling by train/bus/taxi that will be the best destination to head towards.

How does the festival work?

You collect your wristband from our designated box office collection point: University of Manchester Students Union building, Lime rove entrance, M13 9PR (open from 9.30am closing promptly at 7.30pm)

You then just turn up with your wristband! Venue capacities are based on first come, first served basis so we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.
